  Five measures to promote high-quality energy development

First, persist in promoting energy conservation and improving energy efficiency.

Although clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaics has developed rapidly, judging from the scale of various energy sources and the international experience of clean energy development, cultivating natural gas as one of the main energy sources is a necessary condition for building a clean and low-carbon modern energy system.
