Project transformation of belt conveyor to help users solve long-term problems

Jiayuguan, Gansu Province, is 2640 meters above sea level. An iron mine runs through the valley. The 78 km railway trunk line is built in accordance with the factory, and 138 km of traffic arteries are connected outside the factory.

For this mine with a long history, because of its long-standing equipment and huge amount of maintenance, it has greatly affected the production work and increased the workload of workers. So transformation becomes an indispensable way. When it comes to transformation, we should first "check the pulse". Therefore, Jingji's technical team began to evaluate and inspect the on-site use environment, working conditions, operating habits, advantages and disadvantages of the equipment, and then formulated the corresponding transformation scheme for the belt conveyor according to the evaluation results.
This time, two belt conveyor lines are designed. One is DT II belt conveyor, with belt width of 1400mm, running speed of 1.6m/s, conveying capacity of 700t / h and motor power of 185KW. The other belt conveyor line has a belt width of 1400mm, running speed of 1.6m/s, conveying capacity of 700t / h and motor power of 280KW.
According to customer feedback, the main body of the belt conveyor drive unit is composed of motor, hydraulic coupler, reducer, drum gear coupling, drum gear coupling, drum and other parts. There are many driving units and more fault points.
Transformation scheme of permanent magnet frequency conversion direct drive system
In view of such configuration conditions and customer's actual pain point, Jingji proposes a permanent magnet frequency conversion direct drive system scheme, which only needs to directly use permanent magnet synchronous motor and frequency converter to directly drive the drum, greatly simplifies the drive structure, reduces the equipment maintenance to the minimum, and almost eliminates the previous fault points.
In addition, the drum gear coupling has the advantages of fast wear, poor reliability and inconvenient installation. The low-speed drum gear coupling is hard connected and has no damping function. The long-term impact will seriously affect the gearbox, bearing and seal.
Jingji puts forward T05 series snake spring coupling which is more convenient for production. The coupling is easy to install without heating, can be disassembled repeatedly and has no damage to the shaft. The serpentine spring coupling gathers the large torque of gear coupling and the flexibility of elastic coupling, which is more conducive to the production and use of users.
Soft start of hydraulic coupler
Aiming at the soft start problem of liquid couple, the precision based permanent magnet coupler can solve the related problems. The permanent magnet coupler can not only realize the soft start of equipment, but also has the advantages of non-contact torque transmission and maintenance free.
